Molecular Sciences Institute

The Molecular Sciences Institute (MSI) is an independent non-profit research laboratory that combines genomic experimentation with computer modeling located in Milpitas, California, USA. It was founded by Dr. Sydney Brenner in 1996. The MSI is supported by federal grants from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and other funds provided by foundations and corporations.
