The Ministry of Power and Renewable Energy is the central government ministry of Sri Lanka responsible for power and renewable energy. The ministry is responsible for formulating and implementing national policy on power and renewable energy and other subjects which come under its purview. The current Minister of Power and Renewable Energy and Deputy Minister of Power and Renewable Energy are Ranjith Siyambalapitiya and Ajith Perera respectively. The ministry's secretary is B. M. S. Batagoda.

The Minister of Power and Renewable Energy is a member of the Cabinet of Sri Lanka.
