The Ministry of Ports and Shipping is the central government ministry of Sri Lanka responsible for ports and shipping. The ministry is responsible for formulating and implementing national policy on ports and shipping and other subjects which come under its purview. The current Minister of Ports and Shipping and Deputy Minister of Ports and Shipping are Mahinda Samarasinghe and Nishantha Muthuhettigama respectively. The ministry's secretary is L. P. Jayampathy.

The Minister of Ports and Shipping is a member of the Cabinet of Sri Lanka.
