The Ministry of Labour, Trade Union Relations and Sabaragamuwa Development is the central government ministry of Sri Lanka responsible for labour, trade union relations and development of Sabaragamuwa Province. The ministry is responsible for formulating and implementing national policy on labour and trade union relations and other subjects which come under its purview. The current Minister of Labour, Trade Union Relations and Sabaragamuwa Development and State Minister of Labour and Trade Union Relations are John Senewiratne and Ravindra Samaraweera respectively. The ministry's secretary is S. M. Gotabaya Jayaratna.

The Minister of Labour, Trade Union Relations and Sabaragamuwa Development is a member of the Cabinet of Sri Lanka.
