The Ministry of Finance Building and Complex was constructed in 1990. With a height of 120 metres, it is the third tallest building on Borneo, after Wisma Sanyan (126 m) in Sibu and Tun Mustapha Tower (122 m) in Kota Kinabalu. It is also the 28th tallest building in South East Asia.
The building houses the Ministry of Finance Brunei, the Brunei Currency and Monetary Board and the Brunei Investment Agency. The building is located five kilometers outside of Downtown Bandar Seri Begawan.
