The Ministry of Posts, Postal Services and Muslim Religious Affairs is the central government ministry of Sri Lanka responsible for transport. The ministry is responsible for formulating and implementing national policy on transport and other subjects which come under its purview. The current Minister of Posts, Postal Services and Muslim Religious Affairs and Deputy Minister of Posts, Postal Services and Muslim Religious Affairs are M. H. A. Haleem and Duleep Wijesekera respectively. The ministry's secretary is P. H. L. Wimalasiri Perera.

The Minister of Posts, Postal Services and Muslim Religious Affairs is a member of the Cabinet of Sri Lanka.
