The Ministry of Industry and Commerce is the central government ministry of Sri Lanka responsible for industry and commerce. The ministry is responsible for formulating and implementing national policy on industry and commerce and other subjects which come under its purview. The current Minister of Industry and Commerce and State Minister of Industry and Commerce are Risad Badhiutheen and A. D. Champika Premadasa respectively. The ministry's secretary is T. M. K. B. Tennekoon.
The Minister of Industry and Commerce is a member of the Cabinet of Sri Lanka.
