Minister of Culture (South Korea)

The South Korean Minister of Culture oversees the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The ministry was established on 3 January 1990 by Presidential Decree Number 12895, under the Roh Tae-woo Government. The first Minister of Culture was novelist Lee O-young.
