Millennium Audios is a music label based out of Kozhikode, Kerala. Millennium Audios acquires music rights for South Indian cinema, regional albums mainly in Malayalam. The company was founded in 2000 by Saji Millennium, and has achieved a large market share of the Malayalam music industry.
Millennium Audios possesses the soundtrack rights to some successful Malayalam movies of recent times: Pulimurugan, Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan Georgettan's Pooram, Chunkzz, Paathi, Sathya, Akkaldhamayile Pennu, Clint, Annmariya Kalippilaanu, Marupadi, etc., to name a few.
The company distributes the acquired content on various web and mobile platforms like Apple Music, Gaana, Airtel Wynk, Vu Clip, C-ima, Youtube, Reliance JIO, Orchard , Google Play, Daily Motion and all mobile platforms like Idea, Vodafone, Airtel, BSNL etc. In the year 2016, Millennium Audios acquired the music of director Vyshak movie Pulimurugan, with Mohanlal in the lead role; Pulimurugan earned an opening-day collection of ₹4.05 crore from Kerala box office, making it the highest opening-day gross for a Malayalam film and the second-highest (behind Tamil film, Kabali) for any language film in the state.
In 2017 Millennium Audios released a Mappila musical album Pardha which was exclusively sung by M. G. Sreekumar. Chunkzz is a 2017 Malayalam comedy film written and directed by Omar Lulu. Starring Honey Rose and Balu Varghese in the lead roles, this film is produced by Vyshak Rajan, Millennium Audios Acquires the sound recording rights of this movie.
