Mikuni Shimokawa's Singles & Movies is a compilation album supporting the career of Shimokawa Mikuni. This was her first singlealbum release. The second compilation album was released simultaneously with a 12th single, Minami Kaze, on August 18, 2005. This album was included in the list of Pony Canyon's copyrighted code released such as PCCA-02170.
The title of this album was in accordance with the content loaded into the single's sales package.. This album includes all of the main tracks from the previous singles. All the songs taken from the first to the 11th singles were incorporated into seventeen songs. A new song complemented the composition of this album, "Hatsukoi no Kimi."
This album is not only available domestically, but other countries, like China, Taiwan, and South Korea as well.
On the first disc, all the songs was chosen, released and stored in an Audio CD Playback format.
This DVD contains eight promotional videos of previously released singles.
