Miho Arakawa (荒川 美穂 Arakawa Miho?, born December 4, 1987) is a Japanese voice actress from Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, affiliated with the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society. She stars in a number of anime television shows including as Himari in Penguindrum, Tsunomi Kabutohara in Wizard Barristers, Naruko Aoba in Magica Wars, and Ginko Yurishiro in Yurikuma Arashi. She also voices Meiko in Digimon, and in the Danganronpa games and shows, she has voiced Sonia Nevermind.
Arakawa attended Haikyo Voice Actors Studio and was part of the 36th graduating class in 2009. She then started work with Haikyo in 2010. She had also been working in the hospital as a nurse until 2011.
Arakawa was a member of the girl group Hamiradi.
