Miguel Fluxà Rosselló (born July 1938) is a Spanish billionaire businessman, and the chairman and 100% owner of Grupo Iberostar, which owns 100 hotels and resorts in 16 countries. Fluxà Rosselló is the "third generation heir to a shoe-making business".

He was born in Majorca, in July 1938, the son of Lorenzo Fluxà, and the grandson of Antonio Fluxà.

In 2004, he founded Fundacion Iberostar.

He is married and lives in Esporles, Spain.
