The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Baseball Tournament is the conference baseball championship of the NCAA Division I Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference. The top three teams in each division participate in the double elimination tournament, which in 2016 was played at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium in Salisbury, Maryland. The winner of the tournament receives an automatic berth to the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.
Bethune-Cookman has claimed all but three tournament championships. North Carolina A&T won the 2005 tournament while Savannah State won the 2013 tournament and Florida A&M won the 2015 event.
