Maximiliano E. Korstanje (born 29 October 1976) is an Argentinian cultural theorist. He is a faculty member of University of Palermo.
Korstanje is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of several journals. Korstanje is Foreign Member of AMIT, Mexican Academy for Tourism Research. He is emeritus editor at International Journal of Cyber-warfare and Terrorism and associate editor of International Journal of Risk and Contingency. His works, which are framed under Critical terrorism studies include mobilities, terrorism and dark tourism. In 2016 Korstanje was invited to take the position as associated editor of Estudios y Perspectivas en Turismo
