Masataka Nashida (Japanese:梨田 昌孝, born August 4, 1953 in Hamada, Shimane, Japan) is the current manager of the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles baseball team in Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball. Previously, he was the manager of the Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters from 2008 to 2011; he was also the last manager of the Osaka Kintetsu Buffaloes in their history (he was the team's manager from 1993 to 2004). As a player, he played for the Kintetsu Buffaloes from 1972 to 1988.
