Maroo Entertainment Co., Ltd. (Hangul마루기획 주식회사) is a South Korean independent record label and entertainment agency. It is currently home to K-pop artists Supernova, Kim Yeongji, Han Young, Kim Jongkook, Ashgray, BONUSBaby, Yuna Kim and actor Ha Seokjin.

In 2007, Maroo Entertainment debuted a six-member boy group Supernova, which formed by Mnet Media in 2006 and later transferred to Maroo Entertainment. Former SeeYa member, Kim Yeonji signed contract with the label in 2012. Maroo Entertainment debuted four-member girl group 1PS in 2014 and later disbanded in 2015. Maroo signed contract for former LPG member, Han Young and actors Ha Seok-jin in 2015. Maroo Entertainment debuted five-member (six-member later) girl group myB in August 2015. On October 21, 2015, Maroo Entertainment signed contract for Kim Jong-kook.

In December 2016, Maroo Entertainment confirmed myB was disbanded and confirmed will be debuting six-members girl group with the former myB members Moonhee and Hayoon named BONUSBaby in January 2017.On December 28, 2016 Maroo Entertainment signed contract for former The Ark member, Yuna Kim and plans to making her solo debut in early 2017.
