Mark Spreitzer (born December 16, 1986) is an American politician from Beloit, Wisconsin. He is a Democratic member of the Wisconsin State Assembly.

On November 4, 2014, Spreitzer was elected to his first term in the Wisconsin State Assembly. to succeed Janis Ringhand. Spreitzer was re-elected on Nov. 8, 2016 to his second term. He is a Democrat. During the 2015-16 legislative session, Rep. Spreitzer served on eight committees: Jobs and the Economy, Mining and Rural Development, Natural Resources and Sporting Heritage, Public Benefit Reform, Workforce Development, Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules, Speaker's Taskforce on Youth Workforce Readiness, and the Legislative Council Study Committee on Rural Broadband.

For the 2017-18 session, Rep. Spreitzer serves as the Minority Caucus Chair. He also serves on numerous committees:

Spreitzer received his bachelor's degree in political science from Beloit College. Following his graduation, he served as Assistant Director of Alumni & Parent Relations and Annual Support at Beloit College. Spreitzer has also served on the Beloit City Council from April 2011 to April 2015, including as Beloit City Council President from 2014 to 2015.

He is openly gay. He is one of four openly LGBT members of the Wisconsin State Legislature, alongside Sen. Tim Carpenter (D–Milwaukee) and Reps. JoCasta Zamarripa (D–Milwaukee) and Todd D. Novak (R–Dodgeville).
