Mark Craig Bailey is an Australian politician. He has been the Labor member for Yeerongpilly in the Queensland Legislative Assembly since 2015.
He was sworn in as Minister for Main Roads, Road Safety and Ports and Minister for Energy and Water Supply in the Palaszczuk Ministry on 16 February 2015.
On 19 July 2017, the Crime and Corruption Commission announced it had gathered sufficient evidence to "raise a reasonable suspicion of corrupt conduct" against Bailey, over the use of a private email account for ministerial business, and the subsequent deactivation of that account. Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk asked Bailey to stand aside as minister while an investigation into the allegations is conducted by the State Archivist.
