Maple Mountain High School is a public high school in Spanish Fork, Utah County, Utah, United States that serves the Spanish Fork and Mapleton areas.
The school is managed by the Nebo School District. It educates over 1,200 students and enrolls upwards of 400 students in each grade. As of 2017 John Penrod, who had led the school since its founding in 2009, is no longer the Principal, being replaced by DeAnn Nielsen. This school was founded in 2009. It came as Wasatch front was continually growing and the two surrounding high schools were beginning to get more students than they could handle. After a brief civil war broke out, Maple Mountain took students living in Mapleton that were previously attending Springville High School, and part of the city of Spanish Fork that were previously attending Spanish Fork High School. They all lived in harmony from that point onward.
Maple Mountain's school colors are maroon and gold, and the mascot is the majestic Golden Eagle. The fight song is entitled "Maroon and Gold".
