Malsisar

Malsisar village is located about 28 Km. from Jhunjhunu, District [Jhunjhunu]], Rajasthan and about 30 km. from Mandawa Rajasthan Assembly with India Post PIN code 331 028. Now it is a Panchayat and Tehsil headquarters.

Established by Shekhawat dynasty by Thakur Maha Singh son of Thakur Jorawar Singh of Jhunjhunu started the construction of Malsisar Fort in 1762 The name of Malsisar and neighboring village Alsisar was adopted in the memory of two sisters namely Malsi & Alsi, their family members came first time in this villages. Malsisar was founded in late 1760 AD (Vikram Samvat 1814)

Presently around 1800 family with 30000 people leaves in this villages. The Sarpanch in panchayat is Bismilla Chauhan from 2014.

Baba Prem Giri ji Maharaj's Math (Temple) is the most famous heritage building in Malsisar, people and followers comes here from different cities and states. Its a 'Samadhi Sthal' of Shri Shri 1008 Baba Prem Giri ji Maharaj. Other old temples in the village are Lord Shiva, Radha-Krishna Temple, Shri Rang ji, Baba Ramdevji, Gogaji, Hanuman (Balaji) Mandir and recently built temple of Shri Krishna & Lord Shiva.There is 250 years Old Fort and many famous heritage Havelis belongs to many famous business families like Banka, Jhunjhunuwala, Nagaria, Sanganeria, Saraogi, Kedia and Modi. In the village there are around 35 schools including 2 government higher secondary school and one famous Helena Kaushik Girls College. V. R. Higher Secondary School is 125 years old school and Shri Satya Narayan Badangadia Sikshan Sansthan is established in memory of renowned Great Freedom Fighter Shri Satya Narayan ji (Master ji)

There are government hospitals and Bank Of Baroda & State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur. There is petrol pump. Famous Silver King Seth Motilal Ji Jhunjhunuwala belongs to this Malsisar. He is the only Indian having whose portrait at Wall Street Bullion Exchange in USA as "Silver King". Malsisar is having Police Station covering many villages.
