The Macedonia women's national football team represents the Republic of Macedonia in international football. The team is controlled by the Football Federation of Macedonia, the governing body for football in the country.
They are currently coached by Gorazd Mihajlov. The Macedonian women's team find themselves ranked 118th out of 132 women's footballing nations registered with FIFA.
At present, the Macedonian women's team has won only a single game. On November 8, 2007, they defeated Armenia 4–3 in Macedonia. The women's team played their first official game on 7 May 2005, in which they were beaten 4–0 by Croatia. Two weeks later, on 21 May 2005, Macedonia scored their first ever goal in a 7–1 loss to Slovenia.
