The Middle European Cup or simply MEVZA Cup is a regional volleyball league, contested by the teams from the Middle European Volleyball Zonal Association (MEVZA). The league is contested annually since 2005. The season consists of two stages; the regular league season, and the final four tournament. Prior the 2015–16 season, the competition was known as the Mevza League. The most successful teams are ACH Volley (men's edition) and OK Nova KBM Branik (women's edition), with eight and four titles, respectively.
Mevza Cup succeed the Interleague, which was contested between 1992–93 and 2001–02.
