Mohammad Abdul Mannan (known as M. A. Mannan) is a Bangladeshi politician. He is the first elected city mayor of Gazipur City Corporation of Bangladesh. He is one of the senior politicians of Bangladesh Nationalist Party. Before that he was also the religious minister of Bangladesh from 2002 to 2007.

In February 2015, Mannan was arrested from Baridhara on accusations of masterminding an attack on a passenger bus with a petrol-bomb in Noljem area under Gazipur Sadar Police Station.
