M.Baliah Naidu (1895–1948, Madras) was an Indian cricketer. He was a stylish lefthander who earned the tag “Madras Woolley”. He represented the Hindus in the Bombay quadrangular and led Madras against Bombay in the final of the second edition of the Ranji Trophy. He was an outstanding lefthanded batsman and was a fine right-arm medium-paced bowler of the pre-war period.

He was the second of the famous bhatt brothers, sons of Mothavarapu Buchi Babu Naidu, "The Father of South Indian Cricket" eldest Brother: M Venkataramanjulu; youngest Brother: C Ramaswami; Grandson: P Ramesh; Nephew: MV Bobjee; Nephew: MV Prakash; Nephew: C Ramaswaroop; Son: M Suryanarayan; Son: MM Kumar all played first class Indian cricket .
