Lydiard Millicent is a village and civil parish in Wiltshire, England, about 3.5 miles (5.6 km) west of the centre of Swindon. The parish contains the hamlets of Common Platt, Lydiard Green, Greatfield and Green Hill.

The hamlets of Nine Elms and Washpool were also in the parish but were transferred to Swindon in the twentieth century, along with part of Common Platt.

The village has a primary school and a parish hall and recreation field. The Woodbridge Brook rises near the village.

The first part of the name of the village may be derived from the Old English for ‘gate by the ford’, while Millicent comes from Millicent de Clinton, who owned the manor in the 12th century and was the wife of William de Clinton.

Lydiard Manor is mentioned in the Domesday survey of 1086, owned by Geoffrey de Clinton.

The Anglican Church of All Saints dates from the 14th century and is Grade II* listed. The parish registers kept in the Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre cover the years 1579-1968 (baptisms), 1580-1992 (marriages), and 1580-1988 (burials).
