Louise Linton (born December 21, 1980) is a Scottish actress. She has appeared in films such as Cabin Fever and a single episode each of television series CSI: NY and Cold Case. She is the founder and a producing partner of Stormchaser Films, a Los Angeles based independent production company.

Linton was born in the Murrayfield area of Edinburgh, Scotland. She was educated at St George's School for Girls and Fettes College. Her family owns Melville Castle outside Edinburgh.

As a child, Linton trained with a private coach from The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, from which she acquired her certificate with honours. Her mother died when she was 14 years old.

After boarding school, she spent part of her gap year serving as a volunteer in northern Zambia, before attending university in the United States. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from Pepperdine University and received a law degree (J.D.) from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law.

Linton landed some minor acting roles in 2006 before her big break arrived the following year when Robert Redford cast her in Lions for Lambs, starring Redford, Tom Cruise and Meryl Streep. In 2008, she portrayed the role of Katie in the Roy Lee horror film The Echo, with Jesse Bradford and Amelia Warner. Her next role came as Shannon Storm in the independent comedy Screwball: The Ted Whitfield Story (2010).

Following this, she played Louise Patterson in a 2009 episode of the CBS series Cold Case. That was quickly followed by a small role as Samantha in Lionsgate's Crew 2 Crew. Linton's first lead role was as the angel haired Emerson in the sci-fi film Scavengers. This was her first collaboration with director Travis Z, with whom she has gone on to collaborate on several other features. She starred as Deputy Winston in Z's horror remake of Cabin Fever (2016). She played the lead role of Elizabeth in the home invasion thriller Intruder (2016).
