Lorie Line

Lorie Line (born 1958) is a classically trained pianist, composer, and performer from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Line grew up in Reno, Nevada playing the piano. She obtained a B.A. in Piano Performance from the University of Nevada.

Since 1989, Line has written and arranged music, published over 40 books of sheet music, and released 44 albums on her own independent label. Line's live shows have entertained thousands of people throughout the Midwest for 28 years. She has sold over 6 million albums and continues to tour and perform in 50 cities per year. She is a top Pandora Lorie Line Radio artist and her music spins millions of times each month.

In 2015, Line was inducted into the Minnesota Music Hall of Fame. In 2002 she received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, for the Upper Midwest Region, in the category Entertainer/Communications.

Line has been married to her business partner, Tim for 30 years. They have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for charities and have lived on Lake Minnetonka for over 20 years. They have two adult children.
