Loretta Lynn Sings is the debut studio album by American country music singer-songwriter Loretta Lynn. It was released on December 16, 1963, by Decca Records.

The album contained three songs written by Lynn, including "Girl That I Am Now" and "Hundred Proof Heartache". The album also included cover versions of country hits by other artists, including "Lonesome 7-7203" by Hawkshaw Hawkins and "Act Naturally" by Buck Owens.

The album peaked at No. 2 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart. Two of the album's four singles charted on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart, "Success" peaked at No. 6 and "The Other Woman" peaked at No. 13.

Recording of the album took place over four sessions at two studios: September 8, 1961 and February 5, 1962 at Bradley Film & Recording Studio, Nashville, Tennessee; January 9, 1963 and July 11, 1963 at Columbia Recording Studio, also in Nashville.
