Local government elections will take place in London on 3 May 2018.

All London borough councillor seats are up for election. Mayoral contests will also be held in Hackney, Lewisham, Newham and Tower Hamlets. The previous London borough elections were in 2014.

After the 2014 election, Tower Hamlets Council was in No Overall control. However, following an election court decision and special election, Labour gained control of the council.

Elections to the Corporation of London were held in 2017.
