Local Gentry is the third album by Bobbie Gentry. The second of four albums she released in 1968, it was produced by Kelly Gordon. "Sweete Peony", "Sittin' Pretty" and "Ace Insurance Man".
In 1971 the album was reissued as Sittin' Pretty minus the track "Come Away Melinda".
