Llangefni Town Football Club (Welsh: Clwb Pêl-droed Tref Llangefni) are a Welsh football team based in Llangefni on Anglesey. They currently play in the Welsh Alliance Division One, and their reserve team in the Welsh Alliance Reserve League. They competed for a single season in the Welsh Premier League in 2007–08 and were members of the Cymru Alliance between 1999 and 2012.

Llangefni Town was founded in 1897 as a founder member of the Anglesey League, but there was a chapel-based team as early as 1892. Early in their history the club won the Anglesey League title six times, the Dargie Cup twice and the Megan Cup once. In the 1988/89 season they gained promotion to the Gwynedd League, and won the treble of league championship, Gwynedd Cup and Eryri Shield, a feat they repeated the following season.

In 1990/91 the club accepted promotion to the Tyn Lon Volvo Welsh Alliance League. In their first season in this league they won the League Championship, the Alves Cup and the Barritt Cup, which ended up staying in Llangefni permanently after the club won it for the next two seasons. The club also won the Cookson Cup in 1993/94 and the Welsh Alliance League Championship four times between 1990/91 and 1998/99. The club was also the only Anglesey-based club to succeed in the Football Association of Wales Intermediate Cup back in 1991/92.

Llangefni Town were not successful during the years 1994-1997 and at the beginning of the 1997/98 season Bryan Owen became the new manager. In 1999/2000 the club moved to their current Talwrn Road ground to support their application to join the Cymru Alliance, which was successful. After twice finishing the season as runners-up (to Caernarfon Town and then to Welshpool Town), Llangefni Town were the 2006/7 champions and won promotion to the Welsh Premier League, only to finish bottom and be relegated the next season.
