According to the Federal Bureau of the Census, the CDP has a total area of 0.4 square miles (1.0 km2), all of it land.
Littletown is located on Interstate 10, southeast of Drexel-Alvernon. It is mostly surrounded by Tucson.
As of the census of 2000, there were 1,010 people, 313 households, and 244 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 2,230.8 people per square mile (866.6/km²). There were 329 housing units at an average density of 726.7/sq mi (282.3/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 64.06% White, 2.08% Black or African American, 2.67% Native American, 0.20% Asian, 24.85% from other races, and 6.14% from two or more races. 50.40% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
