Little Chishill is a hamlet in the civil parish of Great and Little Chishill, Cambridgeshire, England. For population details see the civil parish of Great Chishiil. It is in the South Cambridgeshire district of Cambridgeshire. Little Chishill has the Church of St. Nicholas, the chancel of which dates to the 12th century and is a grade II* listed building. Its first recorded vicar was John Martyn in 1333.
