List of political parties in Veneto

Several political parties operate in Veneto.

No party has the chance of gaining power alone and thus parties must work with each other to form coalition governments.

The region's five largest parties are Liga Veneta–Lega Nord, the Democratic Party, the Five Star Movement, the Tosi List for Veneto and Forza Italia. In the latest regional election, held in May 2015, a coalition composed of Liga Veneta and three minor parties (Forza Italia, Independence We Veneto and Brothers of Italy) came ahead of the coalition led by the Democratic Party.
