This is a list of the most populous metropolitan areas in Pakistan. These twenty areas are home to about 35.3 million people or about 20% of the population of Pakistan.

According to Demographia.com, population estimates are not considered reliable. The last complete census was in 1998 and recent estimates have not been identified. Next census in Pakistan is going to be held in March 2017.
