List of countries by economic complexity

This list orders countries by their economic complexity index (ECI), as it was defined and calculated by Cesar A. Hidalgo and Ricardo Hausmann. The ECI was calculated with trade data from the UN Comtrade, thus the information is only based on exports (and not goods produced). The 2009 rankings includes Products Exports Treemaps, also built by the Observatory of Economic Complexity.

The list is incomplete and only includes the top 25 out of 124 countries.
