The following is a list of characters who first appeared in the second series of the BBC school drama Waterloo Road, in order of first appearance. The second series consisted of twelve episodes, broadcast from 18 January to 26 April 2007, and continued with the same main cast from the first series. New supporting characters debuting in the first episode consist of Roger Aspinall, a potential investor for the school; his PA Davina Shackleton, who becomes the Waterloo Road school secretary; and his son Brett Aspinall, who enrolls as a pupil. Other new pupil roles include Leigh-Ann Galloway from episode 1, Celine Dixon from episode 2, Maxine Barlow from episode 4 and Stacey Appleyard from episode 5.

Roger Aspinall, portrayed by Nick Sidi, was a potential investor for the school, investing to turn it into an academy named after him.

Celine Dixon, portrayed by Zeriozha Burt-Skeete, was a pupil at Waterloo Road, who befriended then dated Donte Charles and fell in a feud with Donte's then ex-wife, Chlo Grainger, making it a love triangle. Her first appearance was on Series 2 Episode 2 and her last on Series 3 Episode 20.

In Series 2, Celine first appeared as a friend of Leigh-Ann Galloway. They both decided to attack then pupil, Mika grainger, although deep down, Celine did not want to attack Mika. She took a break from school after she was raped by Maxine's stepfather, Kevin Hurst.

In Series 3, Celine gave support to Donte Charles, who was going through a difficult time with his wife, Chlo, as she was sleeping with her sister Mika's boyfriend, Brett Aspinall. Celine and Donte then developed feelings for each other and started dating, but over time, Celine realized that Donte was still in love with Chlo. She became jealous and kept trying to split them up. Nevertheless, in the Series 3 finale, Chlo gets trapped in the girls' toilets in a school fire. When Donte goes in to save Chlo, Celine tries to stop him from doing this by telling him she is carrying his baby; however, Donte did not believe her. The episode ends with Chlo and Donte reconciling after the fire and Celine crying on the grass.

Maxine first appeared following Steph Haydock asking for money, she was a previous student at Waterloo Road before, who left home because of her relationship with her step dad. Maxine's relationships first began with Lewis Seddon, the school's first biggest old bad man from the very beginning. She had a child with him, but she died because of her drug abuse and lack of care and support during pregnancy. Later, she became very close with new character Earl Kelly. He wasn't very different from Seddon as a character, although Seddon ended up being a good civilian in the end before his character was axed off along with many other gooden's.
