Story of the Alps: My Annette is directed by Hiroshi Kuzuha working with producer Ryuji Matsu-shi using character designs synthesized by Issei Takematsu who doubled as the animation director while under the employment of the Nippon Animation studio—the Sunday evening broadcast thereof from 19:30 to 20:00 on Fuji Television from 9 January 1983 to 25 December 1983 designating it as the 9th member of Nippon Animation's children's anthology series World Masterpiece Theater.
