This is a list of NCAA Division I women's basketball players who have scored 3,000 career points.

Note: NCAA women's basketball play officially began in 1981. Lynette Woodard of Kansas scored 3,649 points in her career (1978–81) and is the all-time women's college basketball scoring leader, which includes the pre-NCAA years of the AIAW.
