The National Basketball League of Canada (NBL) Finals is the championship series of the NBL and the conclusion of the league's postseason. The Finals are currently played in a best-of-seven format, in which the first team to win four games is declared the champion. The first two were played in a best-of-five format. It is contested between the winners of the Atlantic Division and Central Division. In 2012, the Finals were played regardless of division. As of 2017, the London Lightning are the only franchise to have won three championships, while the Windsor Express have two and the Halifax Hurricanes one.
