List of Lego Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu episodes

Lego Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu is an animated television series produced by Lego and airing on Cartoon Network. The series revolves around the world of Ninjago, a place divided between Ninjago proper and the Dark Island, along with an underworld and several sacred places. The main characters are in tune with the elements of Fire, Earth, Ice, Lightning, Water and Energy.

As of May 5, 2016, 64 episodes have aired in six seasons, as well as a TV special in-between seasons six and seven. The series has also produced four pilot half-episodes that are half the length of regular episodes, and six mini-episodes that are two minutes each. The six mini-episodes take place (chronologically) between the last pilot episode and the first episode of season one. The pilot episodes were released in January 2011, and after being met with success, the first full season - Rise of the Snakes - aired from December 2011 to April 2012. The second season, Rise of the Spinjitzu Master, aired from July to November 2012. Originally, the series ended after its twenty-sixth episode, which involved Lloyd Garmadon defeating The Overlord in a prophesied battle, but due to the series' popularity it was soon revived.

Ninjago returned in January 2014 with a third season, Rebooted, which aired sporadically throughout the year up until November. It was the shortest season in the series, featuring eight episodes instead of the average ten or thirteen episodes. The fourth season, Tournament of Elements, premiered in February 2015 and finished airing in April. That summer, the fifth season, Possession, aired over the span of two weeks. Shortly after Possession aired, a sixth season was confirmed at San Diego Comic-Con. Titled Skybound, it would air from June to July 2016, but had already been released in other countries as early as January. Skybound focused on the ninja as they fought a djinn named Nadahkan and his crew of sky pirates, with the central character being Jay. Due to the season's events, Skybound was erased from the storyline. An extended TV special, Day of the Departed, was released in October; it featured the return of the Ninjas' arch enemies, and it focused on Cole and his conflict with Sensei Yang.

A seventh season, The Hands of Time, is set to air in 2017, and will follow Kai and Nya as they try to find their parents, while dealing with the ancient Time Twins and their army of Vermillion warriors.
