HeartCatch PreCure! is the seventh Pretty Cure anime television series produced by Toei Animation. It follows Tsubomi Hanasaki and Erika Kurumi who become Cure Blossom and Cure Marine in order to stop the evil Desert Apostles who plan to destroy the Great Tree of Hearts and turn the world into a desert. The series began airing in Japan from February 7, 2010 and January 30, 2011, replacing Fresh Pretty Cure! in its initial timeslot and was succeeded by Suite PreCure. The series uses three pieces of theme music, one opening and two ending themes. The opening theme is "Alright! HeartCatch PreCure!" (Alright!ハートキャッチプリキュア! Alright! Hātokyatchi Purikyua?) by Aya Ikeda. The ending theme for episodes 1–24 is "HeartCatch☆Paradise!" (ハートキャッチ☆パラダイス!?) by Mayu Kudou, whilst the ending theme for episodes 25–49 is "Tomorrow Song ~Ashita no Uta~" (Tomorrow Song ～あしたのうた～?) by Kudou.
