Cybill is an American television sitcom created by Chuck Lorre and starring Cybill Shepherd which aired on CBS from January 2, 1995, to July 13, 1998.

Cybill's Daddy, who failed to show up for Christmas, breezes into town with news that he has gotten Cybill a plum spot on a TV show about Southern women who have made it big. But it's just another disappointment for Cybill when she realizes he has done it to promote his failing car dealership.
