This is a list of military units using the Boeing CH-47 Chinook helicopter.

Egypt bought 15 CH-47Cs that were originally part of an order for Iran, which was canceled after the fall of the Shah.

Three ex-US Army CH-47As were provided to Thailand in 1971, being the first military export of the Chinook. One CH-47A was returned to US Army in 1983. Six CH-47D were delivered in 1991 and currently stored.
