"Lipgloss" is a song by British rock band Pulp, from their 1994 album His 'n' Hers. It was released on 15 November 1993 as the first single from the album, charting at number 50 in the UK Singles Chart.
The lyrics are about a woman who cannot seduce her boyfriend anymore because she has "lost her lipgloss". This appears to be a metaphor for losing 'it', her sex appeal.
All songs written and composed by Jarvis Cocker, Russell Senior, Steve Mackey, Nick Banks and Candida Doyle.
