Lev Khasis

Lev Khasis (Лев Аронович Хасис; born 5 June 1966, in Kuybyshev, now Samara, RSFSR, USSR) was the first CEO of the X5 Retail Group (2006-2011). Vice-Chairman of Jet.com, Inc till September 2016, Board member of Boxed.com, Board Member of LendingHome.com since February 2017. Evotor.ru - Chairman of the board since February 2017 COO and First deputy CEO of Sberbank since 2013.

In 1989 he graduated from Kuybyshev Aviation Institute, an airplane construction faculty. In 1995 he joined the banking faculty of the Financial Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation. In 2001 he earned a Doctor of Science and Master of Law at Saint Petersburg University of the Ministry of Internal of Russia Affairs, Law School.

In July 2006 he received his Ph.D in Economics from the Institute for System Analysis at the Russian Academy of Sciences.

He served in various roles in business and the academy.

Vice-Chairman of Jet.com, Inc since 2015.
