Leonard Feldman

Leonard Feldman from Rutgers University, Piscataway, NJ and the Stevenson Professor at Vanderbilt University was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2016for contributions to semiconductor-dielectric interfaces for MOS technologies.
