Leif Tsolis (born 7 December 1976) is a Norwegian football manager, last the head coach of Toppserien side Vålerenga Fotball Damer.
Tsolis spent his active playing career in IF Liungen, Åssiden IF and Mercantile SFK before retiring at a relatively young age because of injuries. He started his coaching career in Vålerenga Fotball with responsibility for various youth teams between 2001 and 2007.
In 2007, he started as assistant coach in Finnsnes IL. He was appointed as head coach of Røa IL in 2008, then assistant coach and player developer in Mjøndalen IF in 2010, and head coach of Flekkefjord FK in 2011.
In early 2013 he became head coach of IL Skarphedin, but resigned after only one month to start as junior team coach of Sandnes Ulf. He left this club as well, in the spring of the same year. In 2014, he coached Valdres FK. The goal was promotion to the First Division within three years, albeit the sporting success was slim. Amid an economic restructuring of the club, which in reality meant economic problems, Tsolis resigned in late July 2014.
In 2015, he started coaching the first-tier women's team Vålerenga Fotball Damer. He resigned after the season to concentrate on a football school he owns in Mallorca.
