The Lehigh Mountain Hawks women’s basketball team is the University basketball program representing Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The Mountain Hawks currently participate as part of the NCAA Division I basketball, and compete in the Patriot League. The Mountain Hawks currently play their home games at the Stabler Arena.

As of the end of the 2015–16 season, the Mountain Hawks have an all-time record of 552–558. They have won the conference championship four times, once with the East Coast Conference and the other three with the Patriot League. They have played in the NCAA Tournament three times, losing 103–35 to Connecticut in 1997, losing 85–49 to Auburn in 2009, and losing 79–42 to Iowa State in 2010, with all losses in the First Round.
