Lee Young-min (born 1 December 1905 – 1954) was a South Korean football, athletics, and baseball player, manager, and promoter.

He played for Kyungsung FC and was a founding member of Joseon Football Association (currently Korea Football Association). He was manager of the South Korea national football team at the 1948 Summer Olympics.

Lee hit the first home run in Korean baseball history in 1921. The Lee Young-min Batting Award given to high school baseball players annually is named for him.
